BabyBjörn is now looking for a temporary art director with a digital focus for the marketing department at its head office.

As our art director, you will be working on many different tasks and projects. Utilizing a strong focus on digital channels, you will work with both ideas for and production of our products, global campaigns and always-on content for social channels. We believe that you have previously worked at an agency, in-house or as a freelancer. You are used to working with other creators, project managers and producers. You know how to develop an idea up through the finished communication, primarily in digital and social channels. You can take on photography and film production throughout the entire process, from the idea and photo brief to directing the photography and handling post-production.

While demonstrating sensitivity for the brand, you will also work out the design and originals for different types of devices, primarily for digital channels, and you can produce moving material.

We view it as a matter of course that you have a strong sense of design and imagery and that you like to work not only in a team, but also by yourself.

We believe you:
• have practical experience in the tasks included in the role of art director and three to five years of work experience from an agency, in-house at a marketing department or as a freelancer
• have worked with consumer products, preferably on an international market
• have a post-secondary education specializing in art direction, design and advertising from e.g., Berghs, Forsbergs, Hyper Island or an equivalent program
• can generate ideas and produce content for digital channels
• have experience in photography
• have a working knowledge of the programs in Creative Suite and other programs for moving media and video, e.g., After Effects
• enjoy both working independently and in teams with other creators and project groups
• speak and write English and/or Swedish fluently
• are a curious and positive team player
