The Digital Business Analyst is an essential part of our digital business and will be responsible for building and analyzing reports to learn and educate on consumer behavior on our websites and global marketplaces, as well as identifying and suggesting business opportunities for our own e-commerce sites and vendor (B2B) and seller (B2C) marketplace platforms such as Amazon, Lazada, and more.

The candidate must be analytical with a commercial and data-driven mindset. The Digital Business Analyst will be working cross-functionally with several internal stakeholders, thus excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex topics in regular terms is key. While teamwork is essential, we also expect the candidate to have an entrepreneurial spirit, taking own initiatives, and being self-going.

The candidate will build, develop, and maintain reports, templates, and product data master files from multiple data sources using large data sets, meaning that repetitive tasks occur.

In addition to this, you are also expected to:

• Following the global commercial and launch plan, collecting product data to templates and spreadsheets in a timely manner collaboratively with the Global Marketplace Sales Coordinator
• Build a product data master file for global marketplaces
• Identifying and raising any needs of improving processes for data collection, reporting, and analysis
• Be part of the e-comm CRO process, lead ideation by identifying potential improvements in the customer journey through qualitative data
• Plan, execute and analyze results from A/B and multivariable tests
• Weekly follow-up of stock availability and fulfillment planning for Amazon FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) to ensure sufficient stock inventory levels
• Ensuring that cost price is correct and up to date to all global marketplaces on the back-end platform
• Track digital consumer reviews and suggest actions where needed
• Daily follow-up of sell-out to end-consumers

Are you the one?

Required experience:
• Advanced Excel skills and experience of working with BI tools
• Higher education within relevant area (Business Economics, Finance, Statistics, Analytics, or other)
• Some of the following analytical tools: Google Analytics, GTM, Google Optimize, HotJar
• Previous professional experience within a similar role at a data-driven company within the commercial field
• Fluent English is required, while Swedish and/or any other languages are a plus
• Experience of working in an international environment is good to have

This is a permanent position with a six-month probation period within the digital Business team, reporting to the Global Marketplace Manager. The position is based in Bergshamra in Solna, Sweden, with beautiful views over Brunnsviken lake.
