Position
This Ecommerce Specialist EMEA role is a Temporary 12-month assignment between June 2023 and June 2024 based at BabyBjörm HQ in Sundbyberg, a brand new top modern facility.
The Ecommerce Specialist is an essential part of the BabyBjörn EMEA team and is responsible for driving sales with focus on Merchandising & Web shop operations while upholding the brand image in Europe following the Commercial Plan. Collaboration and alignment with the EMEA team and the Global D2C Team is essential. The candidate must have a proven track record of successfully working within a “team” environment and ability to bring departments together for a unified goal. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales while maintaining brand equity and securing growth.
In addition to this, you are also expected to:
• Manage Website merchandising with appropriate presentation of all categories and product pages.
• Track & analyze product and assortment performance to maximize sales & conversion.
• Collaborate with local EMEA team members to share valuable data.
• Adapt and develop campaigns for the EMEA region in alignment with Global Marketing.
• Provide analysis and reporting on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis and be able to provide recommendations to improve results with support and leverage from the global D2C Team.
• Assist with EMEA Affiliate programs.
This position is within the EMEA Marketing team reporting to the EMEA Marketing Manager.
Are you the One?
Experience:
• Relevant education for an Ecommerce Specialist/Manager position.
• Fluent English is required, while any other European languages are a plus.
• Good experience of CMS (Content Management System), Google analytics and other relevant tools.
• Previous professional experience in a similar role, 2-3 years, with B2C Ecommerce for consumer goods across multiple markets.
