German-Speaking Key Account Manager
Founded in 1961, BabyBjörn is a Swedish, family-owned brand, that develops, markets and distributes an extensive range of premium baby products, including world-renown baby carriers, bouncers, and travel cots. BabyBjörn strives to make everyday life easier and more fun for families with young children by developing innovative, safe, long-lasting, and beautifully designed products.
As a Key Account Manager at BabyBjörn AB you will drive sales of our consumer products both through digital and physical sales channels in an international environment. You will be responsible for reaching established sales and profitability targets for assigned customers within EMEA.
You will be expected to carry out and optimize sales activities in both digital and physical channels using segmentation and data analysis. You will coordinate and implement marketing activities together with B2B customers and the EMEA Marketing Team. The position includes upholding BabyBjörn’s brand image and product presentation with our customers, analyzing and following up on sales and marketing activities, and looking at new opportunities to increasing sales. When it is possible to travel again, the position includes approximately 80 travel days per year (occasionally on weekends) in order to implement planned market activities, train store staff, optimize store merchandising and participate in fairs and customer activities.
Are you the one?
- Relevant post-secondary education; preferable within marketing and sales
- Fluent German and English is required, while Swedish and/or any other European languages are a plus
- At least three years of experience selling consumer products to stores and online
- Previous professional experience working with German-speaking markets, preferably in the role of Key Account Manager
- Driver’s license is required
- Knowledge about social media is a merit

This is a permanent position with a six-month probation period within the EMEA team, reporting to Sales Manager EMEA. The position is based in Bergshamra in Solna, Sweden, with beautiful views of Brunnsviken lake.
