Digital Content Coordinator (Maternity Leave Cover)

Digital Content Coordinator (Maternity Leave Cover)
As Digital Content Coordinator, covering a maternity leave from as soon as possible until February 2028, you will support the Digital Content team in keeping BabyBjörn’s 15 web shops around the world up to date, accurate and commercially effective.
You will be hands-on in publishing content updates, such as new product launches and campaigns, and you will support our on-site merchandising: publishing gift with purchase promotions and working together with our regions to enhance the visibility of our bestsellers and of products that strategically need a push. You will be part of our content team, working closely with our two Digital Content Specialists to share the workload and keep all markets running smoothly.
This is a broad role where you also work closely with Global Marketing, our regions and colleagues across the business, following the Global Commercial plan and regional needs. Your main tasks would be:
Content updates across our web shops:
Hands-on publishing and updating of content across our 15 web shops globally, such as product-, campaign- and landing pages
Setting up new products on site, including product information, images and other assets, so that launches go live on time in all relevant markets
Implementing campaign content and making sure it is published, updated and taken down according to plan in each market
Coordinating local adaptations and translations of content together with our regions
On-site merchandising:
Publishing and managing gift with purchase (GWP) promotions and other on-site promotions, in coordination with our regions
Working together with our regions to enhance the visibility of our bestsellers and of products that strategically need a push, for example through homepage placements, banners, category sorting and cross-selling
Following up on how on-site placements and promotions perform, and suggesting improvements together with the team
Planning and coordination:
Planning and executing content updates according to the Global Commercial plan and regional needs.
Collaborating with Global Marketing, our regions and other colleagues to gather input, briefs and assets, and to deliver on time
Keeping track of incoming requests, deadlines and go-live dates across markets
Brand consistency and content quality:
Maintaining brand consistency and content quality across all our web shops
Quality-checking texts, images, links and meta-data and promotions before and after publication
Supporting the wider team with ad-hoc content tasks when needed
Are you the one?
Experience with e-commerce content and comfortable working in CMS platforms
A can-do attitude and a commercial mindset, with an understanding of how content and on-site visibility drive sales
Important to have a strong eye for detail and pride in getting things right before they go live
Structured and organised, able to juggle many requests and deadlines at once
A collaborative team player who enjoys working with many different stakeholders
Ideally experience with Photoshop, Canva, Illustrator or other image and media editing tools, and curious to explore new tools such as AI
Fluent in English, both written and spoken; additional languages are a plus
Interest in other languages, as we have 10 different in our web shops.
