Position
This E-commerce Specialist EMEA role is a temporary 12-month assignment for parental leave, approx. between April 2025 and April 2026 based at BabyBjörn HQ in Sundbyberg, a brand-new modern office.
The E-commerce Specialist is an essential part of the BabyBjörn EMEA team and is responsible for driving sales while upholding the brand image in Europe following the Commercial Plan. Collaboration and alignment with the EMEA team and the Global D2C Team is essential. The candidate must have a proven track record of successfully working cross-functionally within a team environment, demonstrating the ability to align departments toward a unified goal.
In addition to this, you are also expected to:
Responsible for reaching budget based on the global and regional strategy
Lead various projects to drive online growth, while
Conduct sales and website analysis to discover optimization opportunities and take actions when needed
Manage Website merchandising with appropriate presentation of all categories and product pages
Track & analyze product and assortment performance to maximize sales and conversion
Collaborate with local EMEA team members to share valuable data
Collaborate daily with multiple functions (Global D2C team, Global MKT, EMEA Operations, EMEA CS) to make sure we provide the possible online experience to our consumers
Collaborate with regional Digital Performance Specialist to evaluate performance and adjustment to maximize the quality of traffic led to the sites
Adapt and develop campaigns for the EMEA region in alignment with Global Marketing.
Provide weekly sales forecast and action plan when needed
Provide sales and performance reporting on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis to EMEA regional Manager and Global D2C team
Execute and adapt Email Marketing campaigns based on region needs
Oversee the management of inventory and pricing for the site's product assortment
This position is within the EMEA Marketing team reporting to the EMEA Marketing Manager.
Are you the One?
Experience:
Previous professional experience in a similar role, 2- 3 years, with B2C E-commerce for consumer goods across multiple markets.
Relevant education for an Ecommerce Specialist/Manager position.
Fluent English is required, while any other European languages are a plus.
Good experience of CMS (Content Management System), Google analytics and other relevant tools.
