Global Amazon Content & Assortment Specialist (Temporary position)
Are you passionate about e‑commerce and meticulous in content and catalogue management on Amazon? As our Global Amazon Content & Assortment Specialist, you will partner with cross‑regional teams to optimize product listings and assortment globally—from discovery to purchase. Through high-quality content development, smart assortment alignment, and data-driven insight, you will pave the way for stronger conversion rates and robust sales performance.
Responsibilities
Manage and optimize Amazon product listings: titles, descriptions, images, keywords, A+ / enhanced content, ensuring stellar consumer experience across all marketplaces.
Handle listing variations: ensure ASIN consolidation and direct consumers to the most up-to-date versions.
Streamline content upload processes to Amazon, improving speed and accuracy.
Coordinate with Marketing to request and integrate translations according to commercial requirements.
Work collaboratively with Content teams to elevate the Amazon Brand Store experience visually and conversion-wise.
Serve as the global point of contact for Amazon content/catalogue issues, bridging regional teams and HQ.
Develop strong stakeholder relationships internally and via Amazon partnerships.
Collaborate with Amazon Commercial Managers: define reporting needs, analyze consumer behavior, and translate insights into content improvements.
Requirements / Qualifications
Must-Have
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, E‑commerce, Communication, or related field.
2+ years of experience managing Amazon content, listings, or assortments (Vendor or Seller Central).
Strong understanding of Amazon SEO, A+ Content, Brand Store creation, and catalog management best practices.
Experience with flat file uploads, parent/child ASIN mapping, keyword research, and listing optimization tools.
Excellent analytical mindset—capable of transforming performance data into actionable improvements.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple parallel workflows.
Fluent in English (written and spoken).
Nice-to-Have
Experience with listing optimization tools (e.g., Data Dive, Manage Experiment)
Familiarity with Amazon Vendor Central and Seller Central ecosystems.
Basic knowledge of PIM or DAM systems
Experience working in a global and multicultural team environment.
E‑commerce platform knowledge beyond Amazon (e.g., Shopify, Commerce Tools)

The position is a one year temporary position covering for a parental leave, based at BabyBjörn's HQ in Sundbyberg and the role will report directly to the Global Direct-to-Consumer Manager.
