ABOUT THE POSITION
We are looking for a Key Account Manager to strengthen our Wholesale EMEA team in Stockholm. As a Key Account Manager at BabyBjörn AB you will be responsible for achieving sustainable and profitable growth in line with business targets (Sales and Margin) and monitoring Sell In and Sell Out, both at physical and digital retailers.
You will lead on business profiling and planning to develop accurate and realistic market plans.
You will formulate a series of actions to grow and influence existing business as well as to initiate new collaborations. The role will include forecasting (sales and inventory), formulating scenarios and associated terms, budget planning, implementing and maintaining segmentation as well as negotiating conditions.
You will manage the go to market by delivering adapted assortment to your customers and leading them to secure the elevated positioning of the BabyBjörn brand. You will plan, execute, measure and analyse marketing activities, working closely to the EMEA marketing team and in alignment with the commercial plan.
Being our expert in your area, you will provide regular market updates, trade reports, competition analysis, to present highlights risks and opportunities.
The position includes regular visits to markets (up to 80 travel days per year / occasionally on weekends) covering go to market activities, staff training, store merchandising, participation in fairs and customer activities.
This is a permanent position with a six-month probation period within the EMEA team, reporting to the EMEA Sales Manager.
The position is based in Sundbyberg in our Stockholm HQ.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR
We see a team player who is passion about sales, targets & consumer insights!
Good communication skills, fluent in French and English (mother tongue or professional level)
Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales, managing areas, accounts, or partners, in a consumer goods environment preferably.
Highly numerate, you can formulate complex terms and analyze sales data.
Well-travelled, planning and going on business trips is something you are comfortable with.
Curious, you dare to ask questions in your will to understand customers and situations.
Resilient, when plan A fails, you can learn from it and explore plan B and C.
Structured and organized, you present, motivate, plan, follow up and reflect on your actions.
