We’ve got an exciting opportunity for a Social Media Specialist to join our Global Digital Marketing team based in Stockholm.
As a Social Media Specialist you are a natural at thinking big, pushing craft and innovation with digital to ensure that BabyBjörn will always stay at the forefront. You have an analytical mindset and the curiosity to turn data into valuable insights to drive continuous improvement. With experience managing multiple social media accounts and the capability to coordinate different projects and creative teams, you ensure alignment to the global social media strategy and communications plan
We are looking for someone with strong knowledge across all social media platforms, particularly on TikTok and Instagram, as well as a good understanding of how to engage audiences online. Someone with experience leading organic campaigns at international level working alongside internal and external stakeholders.
The role will report directly to the Global Digital Marketing Manager.

You will work in the global digital marketing team, a team of 7 and will work across the following;

What you will be doing in your role:
Together with the Global Digital Marketing Manager, create social media strategies to grow our community and build engagement across all different social channels
Create and coordinate the global social content calendar, managing publication across global social channels
Daily posting, monitoring, and engagement of social media platforms
Maintain knowledge of best practices and optimizations strategies for each platform, including evolving formats and content types
Participate in the creative development
Work with the creative team to produce engaging content that drives conversation
Identify trends and uncover insights through social listening
Utilize keyword research for organic social media channels where appropriate
Identify User Generated Content for cross posting opportunities
Work with Assistant E-Commerce Manager to keep the Instagram Shop refreshed and engaging
Monitor customer reactions and escalate issues to customer services
Identify new opportunities to engage with new or existing communities
Actively encourage & engage in community conversations
Set, track and measure against KPI’s for social, including campaigns and key activities
Prepare weekly and monthly social media reports
Provide insight on audience engagement to drive continuous improvement of our social media strategy, creative and content
Contributing by working cross-functionally with broader teams and other key internal stakeholders
What skills will help you be successful:
2+ years’ experience working with social media – whether at a creative agency or in-house for a consumer brand
Proven track record building and maintaining a loyal following on social media channels by creating engaging content
Demonstrate a deep understanding of key social networks, nuances and algorithms
An obsession with the changing social media landscape and the opportunities it brings
Solid understanding of social media analytics and measurement tools such as SuperMetrics
Experience using social media monitoring, scheduling and reporting tools
Experience with photoshop and video editing tools
Excellent communication skills with a flair for copywriting
Able to build strong cross functional & cross regional relationships
Strong sense of initiative, a collaborative spirit and an ability to work independently
Able to work in creative sprin
Excellent English
