EMEA Sales Coordinator

Position

The role as EMEA Sales Coordinator is a permanent role planned to be based in Babybjörn Distribution Center in Lanna, Bredaryd

EMEA Sales Coordinator are responsible for:

-providing professional B2B customer service in due time to Babybjörn customers and partners

-execute tasks connected to ordering or other customer specific support to deliver in line with customer expected service

– in solidarity with team to drive initiatives and continues improvements connected to EMEA strategic and yearly goals

In addition to this, you are also expected to:

• Manage order process from order entry to delivery at customer.
• Coordinating with internal functions in order process for smooth process flow of delivery to customer and payment.
• Primary contact with customer for delivery follow up and other requests.
• Primary contact with carrier for delivery follow up to customer.
• Monitor and maintain current and new customer data in line with agreed contracts.
• Drive continues improvements to optimize the everyday work in line with Babybjörn operative and strategic goals.
• Order, ship and track samples to influencers, partners and shops.
• Make sure ERP system is updated with customers data and pricelists.

This position is within the EMEA Operations team and planned to be based in Babybjörn Distribution Center Lanna, Bredaryd. Reporting to EMEA Logistic Operations Manager.

Are you the one?

Experience:

• Fluent english speaking and writing.
• Social ability to connect with and communicate with people and seek own initiatives.
• Work in team environment with shared responsibility.
• Working in customer ordering process or experience in communication and work with carriers.
• General computer knowledge and Microsoft Office such as Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint.

Desirable but not mandatory:

• French speaking and writing.
• Work with continues improvements and KPI metrics.
